Crown of Honey Coaching

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all coaching services provided by Crown of Honey Coaching, operated by Alicia Johnson (“Coach”). By purchasing, booking, or participating in coaching services, the client (“Client”) agrees to the terms outlined below.

Services
Crown of Honey Coaching provides relationship coaching tailored to the individual needs of the Client. Coaching focuses on goals identified by the Client and is designed to support personal growth, relational awareness, and perspective shifts that may lead to positive change.
Coaching sessions are interactive and grounded in active listening, reflection, and client-led insight. The Coach does not direct, control, or guarantee outcomes. Rather, coaching supports clarity, steadiness, and forward movement aligned with the Client’s values and intentions.

Coaching Approach
The Client’s well-being is central to the coaching relationship. The Coach agrees to remain respectful of the Client’s needs and requests, constructive in feedback, attentive to personal boundaries, mindful of confidentiality, and transparent regarding any potential conflicts of interest should they arise.

Confidentiality
The coaching relationship is confidential and built on trust and honesty. The Coach will make every reasonable effort to honor the Client’s confidentiality and will disclose any circumstances that may impact objectivity or professional judgment.
The Client agrees to keep confidential any personal stories, examples, or experiences shared by the Coach during sessions.
Confidentiality may be broken only when required by law.

Conflicts of Interest
Any potential conflict of interest will be disclosed and addressed with the Client’s best interests in mind. If the Coach determines she cannot continue serving the Client objectively or respectfully, the Client may be referred to another qualified professional.

Session Length & Format
Private coaching sessions are 45 minutes in length.
Group coaching sessions, when offered, are 90 minutes in length.
All sessions are conducted via Zoom unless otherwise specified. Sessions will begin and end on time unless both the Client and Coach agree in advance to extend the session.
The Client is responsible for joining sessions at the scheduled appointment time using the provided Zoom link. Session details will be communicated by Crown of Honey Coaching.

Coaching Packages
Private coaching is offered exclusively in the following packages:

• 6-Session Private Coaching Package (45-minute sessions)

• 12-Session Private Coaching Package (45-minute sessions)

All private coaching packages include an initial relationship assessment call.
Group coaching offerings, when available, are separate from private coaching and may have distinct schedules, pricing, and terms, which will be communicated prior to enrollment.

Scheduling & Coaching Term
Private coaching sessions are scheduled as needed at a frequency of 2x or 4x per month, beginning on the date of the first session.
Sessions must be completed within 6 months of start date. A 2–3 week grace period may be allowed for unavoidable cancellations. Sessions not used within this timeframe may be forfeited.
 
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

The Coach will respond to all messages within 24 hours.
The Coach will also provide at least 24 hours’ notice if a session must be rescheduled.
 
Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for her participation, choices, and actions throughout the coaching process. Coaching requires honesty, openness, and personal accountability.
The Client agrees to:

• Participate fully and honestly

• Take responsibility for implementing insights

• Provide constructive feedback

• Communicate openly if she wishes to adjust or discontinue services
   

Two-Session “Get Happy” Policy
Crown of Honey Coaching utilizes principles inspired by the Six Intimacy Skills™ methodology.
The Client may cancel coaching no later than the completion of the second private coaching session if she determines the coaching is not a fit.

• If paid in full, the Client will receive a prorated refund for unused sessions.

• If paying monthly, no further payments will be required after cancellation.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to

After the second session, all sales are final. No refunds or cancellations will be permitted beyond this point.

Termination by Coach
If the Client demonstrates a pattern of disengagement, including repeated cancellations or rescheduling without reasonable cause, Crown of Honey Coaching reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at its discretion.
Termination is a last resort and will occur only after reasonable attempts to resolve concerns. Any refunds will be determined at the sole discretion of Crown of Honey Coaching.

Coaching Disclaimer
The Client understands that coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental health disorders and does not replace therapy, counseling, or medical care.
Coaching focuses on growth, responsibility, and forward movement. Results are not guaranteed, as outcomes depend entirely on the Client’s participation, decisions, and actions.
 
Client Acknowledgments
By engaging in coaching services, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:

• Coaching is a process of personal growth

• Full and honest participation is required

• She is mentally and emotionally capable of engaging in coaching

• Coaching does not replace therapy or mental health services

• Specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed
   

Agreement & Acceptance

By purchasing, booking, or participating in Crown of Honey Coaching services, the Client confirms that she has read, understood, and agrees to the Terms & Conditions outlined above.

If the Client does not agree to these terms, she should not proceed with coaching services.
